2. Orders and Payment
2.1 - Order Acceptance:
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons related to errors in pricing or availability.
2.2 - Payment:
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards and PayPal. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Custom Designs
3.1 - Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for ensuring that any custom designs or specifications provided to us are accurate and comply with applicable laws. We are not liable for errors or issues resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3.2 - Intellectual Property:
By submitting custom designs, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the design for the purpose of fulfilling your order as well as for our site marketing purposes. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide these designs. (Must be your logo)
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 - Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be added to your order total at checkout. Free shipping is currently ONLY available on orders for Puerto Rico and with an order total of $30 or more. (NOTE: We reserve the right to update/change and/or remove free shipping from our orders)
4.2 - Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 - Return Policy:
