 At 729 Design andPrints, we strive to provide high-quality custom 3D printed products. We
understand that there may be times when you might need to return or request a refund for your purchase. This Refund/Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds with our products.

2. Returns

2.1  Eligibility:

 Returns are accepted ONLY under the following conditions:

 - The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

- The item does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

 - You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.

2.2 *Non-Returnable Items:*

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not defective or damaged. This includes items that are made to your specific design or customization requests.

3. Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at 729designprints@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos that might help facilitate the process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

3.1 Return Authorization:

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3.2 Ship the Item:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the return authorization. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

3.3 Inspection: 

Once we receive the
returned item, we will inspect it to verify the issue. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or offer an exchange with no shipping cost to you.

4. Refunds

4.1 Eligibility:

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

- The item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

- The return is initiated and completed according to our return process.

4.2 Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
